Misc. Notes
This is a new edition, typeset in Finale, from 2016. There are a few corrections (e.g., for a few missing dynamics) and slight changes compared to the original manuscript of 1982. In addition, the clarinet part is now transposed (B-flat). The wind parts are to be uploaded separately. The keyboardist is to play from the score. If harpsichord is not available, piano may be used, with appropriate dynamics gleaned from the wind parts and harpsichord registration markings.
