Furthermore, the entire Minuet was excluded from the original publication; it was added as an Appendix and modernly typeset some time in the late 19th or early 20th century.

This score is grossly inefficient in regards to pages; the conductor would have to flip almost a hundred pages over the course of the Symphony. If you own a copy of the H. C. R. L. edition score but want to use the Delarte edition parts, you could pencil in the rehearsal letters into the H. C. R. L. edition and use that as your conductor's score.
