Title page of manuscript first version, entitled 'ΣΦΙΓΞ' ('SFIGX' (sic), i.e. 'SPHINX'), including handwritten note (to copyist?) by the composer: "6ème quatuor / Première version / Ecrire les lettres grecques / Ci dessous sur les / [Partouts?] les partitions / et les parties separées / L Kreutzer" - "6th quartet. First version. Write the Greek letters below all over the scores and the separate parts. L Kreutzer".
