Misc. Notes

600 dpi. Page size is 10.67 x 14.763 inches. All commentary in the prefaces by each editor has been removed due to copyright. Also any engraved pieces (or facsimiles) that were posthumously published after Hindemith's death had to be excluded from the files until the piece(s) enters the public domain after 50 years from either the first performance date or publication. Most posthumous works will be PD-EU in 2034 when Hindemith goes into the public domain in the European Union. Any text translations of any translator that have died less than 50 years ago, had also been removed from the scans due to Canadian Copyright still being enforced. Critical notes about all pieces are included towards the end of every volume (except multipart volumes, the critical notes in this case are at the end of the last part in the subset volume, such as I, 4-3).
