(2)According to the Duden it should be "düs-te-rem" instead of "dü-ste-rem": I use the Italian hyphenation ("-st" instead of "s-t") hoping it will induce singers to pronounce the [s] late (if only because of the soprano's melisma and because [yː] is a long vowel)...
