Cover notes this is a revised edition but apparently uses the same plate number as the first edition. The arrangement mentioned on the title page was published in 1882. The Neue veränderte Ausgabe is mentioned in an advertisement in the Signale für die musikalische Welt in No.69 of their 1878 volume, suggesting this is a 1882-or-later reprint of that 1878 new edition.
