Worth checking their accompanying critical report to see whether "sentimento" is indeed correct for the heading of the second movement; it seems everyone else has sentimentio, presumably attributing it to Nielsen's penchant for unusual movement headers... but as with an infamous instruction in the first (posthumous) full score of Symphony 5, this whole Nielsen edition has been a good opportunity to start getting things right that have traditionally been gotten wrong... Likewise the third movement here and innocente.
