Composer’s notes: This is my contribution to the old music tradition of “Themes and Variations”. The pieces vary in character, tempo and length. I have composed them between November 2018 and February 2019. The use of modern harmony gives a “fresh” sound to these old melodies. Saint Pierre Les Nemours, France 2019, February 22.
