Selections (Sonatas 2 and 5)

H. Moeck Verlag, No. 1056, 1963.

Editeur

Jørgen Glode
Kurt Schneider (1911–1986), bowings

Uitgever

Moecks Kammermusik No.56
Celle: H. Moeck Verlag, No. 1056, 1963.

Overige opmerkingen

The last movement of the no.2 C-minor sonata has no continuo part. The editor's 1963 comments establish that this edition is based on part-books found at the "Kungliga Musikaliska Adademien" in Stockholm (currently available on microfilm). The editor stresses nothing has been added except the figured bass realization which which may indicate the Schneider additions were made after the preface was written. The edition is believed to be simultaneously published in the United States through the H. Moeck Verlag office in New York.
In the USA this work is most likely in the public domain because no renewal was found after a thorough search of the Catalog of Copyright Entries and it was ineligible for "restoration" under GATT/TRIPS due to being published in the US within 30 days after publication abroad.
