Messerschmidt cites the Boston Collection and attributes the hornpipe to William Richardson (even though he arranged the same tune below under Edward Little White's name). However, this hornpipe is not in the Boston Collection that IMSLP has. It is, however, in the collections linked below, though without composer attribution (and there is no evidence that Richardson wrote any hornpipes).
