Color scan 400 dpi . This could helpfully be reduced using a photo editor program, e.g. by reducing each of the 20 images to 1100 max pixels b&w. and a reasonable density, or somesuch then recreating the PDF, which should put the file under our 20 mb guideline (perhaps to be posted as a 2nd alternative file if a color scan must be had...)
