Plate may be R. 9509. The "3" is just unclear enough in its soft center to seem ambiguous (in the scan, anyway- on each page!!) between 3 and 5...
Update: the F-Pn on-line viewer allows for higher magnification, where it is obviously a 3, on all pages...
