Preface removed. Scanned and transmitted over OCLC/Worldcat in response to an interlibrary loan request. Interior (between title page and preface) seems to be a photocopy of - presumably - the Körner edition (though Körner plate 150 is already taken.) Seems to be a Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh score (WorldCat) ; their catalog confirms plate 150.
