From the uploader's library. Purchased from a second hand music store in Paris in the 1960s (Cauchard probably), thus the 0.20 Franc cut price on front cover. The dedicatee, British politician Victor Cazalet, was a fervent supporter of Poland then subject to Russian domination, a friend of Paderewski as well as an excellent pianist.
