Looks like a manuscript copy of sorts. 1674 at the top right would be the date of the original work, presumably, or of the existing manuscript copy from which this copy is made (Worldcat says "Lith. und gedr. von J. Bach, Bonn." so it only looks like a manuscript copy, it's actually engraved.) "Sonata No.XXXI for 2 Violins and Bass. (Library des Liceo Mus., Bologna.)" (pp.53-55.)
