Andante' whereas next page is a presto, suggesting (in addition to the fact that the first page is - just? - an introduction, possibly not the theme being varied which seems to be in major since most of the variations are) - that the theme itself, between the introduction and the first variation, is missing.-Schissel RISM 211010169 -"p 1 & 7 leer"
