Some years ago I played in a Renaissance trio on Saturday nights in an ice cream parlor in Waltham, MA. One evening a customer asked if we could play GreenSleeves. We told him we didn't have music for that piece, but if he would come back next week we would play it for him. He never came back, but Greensleeves became a part of our repertoire.
