Remarques diverses

This is not a scientific critical edition, just an engraving making for study purpose. The source is the parts available on IMSLP [Amsterdam: G. Alsbach & Co., 1931. Plate 4655.]. The parts were well readable and globally coherent; therefore, there are almost no corrections in this full score. The only major issue occurred in mm.158-160 of mvt. III, where Bassoon has a missing measure. And empty measure could be added before or after this group of three, and both versions are provided in this edition. The recording by Linos Ensemble has the empty measure at the end, creating some "peculiar" parallel fifths between Oboe and Bassoon; different recordings choose the other option, highlighting the echoes between the instruments and avoiding the parallel fifths.
