HMB makes no mention of DNF which did not exist as a name until 1902 (Kgl. Hof-Musikhandel changed its name to DNF in that year)-
only of Hainauer. (Or the link might be mistaken, I grant- and seems to be. A score of this work labeled both DNF & Hainauer were received in 1901 by the Royal Danish Library.)
