Observaciones varias
In this free reconstruction or rather completion, the lost recitatives are replaced by readings from the Gospel of Mark in the audience’s native language. The corresponding passages (chapter and verse) are indicated in the headings which also specify the sources for the choruses, arias and chorales (with BWV numbers). A subsequent edition to be issued later this year will include notes on each movement.
