Scanned from a rather dirty and derelict score (stains, torn pages, browned cellophane "repairs" and lots of annotations), cleaned up as much as possible. There's a preface by the author which starts at page 2, but since page 3 and 4 are missing and the text is incomplete, I didn't include it. The music however is complete.
