Observaciones varias

If this is the copy from this page at DKB, they claim it's an autograph, not a copy. (All the crossouts certainly suggest it's not a copy by anyone competent unless they were really low on manuscript paper.)
The meaning of Waagepetersen might be: (Wikipedia) "The Waagepetersen House is a listed Neoclassical town mansion located at Store ... The musicians Weyse, Kuhlau and Hartmann were frequent guests..." It might refer to Christian Waagepetersen, the wine merchant who owned the house, friend of Kuhlau perhaps, and perhaps the house's collection became part of the DKB collection at a later date. The dedication may bear this out. (And he was a patron of the arts, so it is at least reasonable. However, his name was Christian Waage Petersen until spring 1831 (see discussion)- when was this manuscript completed? ) -- It's from this page--ELS

Source - Leipzig: C.F. Peters, n.d.(1841). Plate 2769.
Hatting compiled the score from the Peters parts and included a list of discrepancies. Confused?- this does not seem to be a manuscript copy of anything, this just looks like a publication. Perhaps Hatting was just that good a copyist...
